摘　　要：产业集群对企业创新具有重要的影响。宁波市产业集群发展迅速,但发展后劲不足。论文基于创新投入和创新产出评估了宁波市典型的产业集群内中小企业的创新能力,同时分析了这些产业集群目前存在的问题,最后从政府、行业、企业等方面提出了提升宁波市产业集群内中小企业创新能力的对策建议。Industrial cluster has an important influence on enterprise innovation.The industrial clusters in Ningbo are developing rapidly,but the development power is insufficient.Based on innovation input and innovation output,this paper evaluates the innovation ability of small and medium-sized enterprises in typical industrial clusters in Ningbo City,analyzes the existing problems of these industrial clusters,and finally puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the innovation ability of small and medium-sized enterprises in industrial clusters in Ningbo City from the aspects of government,industry and enterprises.
