摘　　要：作为一种新型的管理组织形式,虚拟团队在企业中发挥着越来越重要的作用。论文在分析虚拟团队利弊及其对企业影响的基础上,以欧洲汽车企业为研究案例,着眼于降低成本、推进跨区域技术投资的企业项目,通过分析虚拟团队在欧洲汽车企业中的作用,从个体责任、奖惩制度、工作效率等方面出发,对虚拟团队在企业发展中潜在的问题提出建议,以期进一步丰富虚拟团队在企业管理与发展中应用的相关理论。As a new organizational form of management,virtual teams are playing a more and more important role in enterprises.Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of virtual teams and their influence on enterprises,taking European automobile enterprises as a research case,this paper focuses on reducing costs and promoting enterprises'projects of cross regional technology investment.By analyzing the role of virtual teams in European automobile enterprises,this paper starts from the aspects of individual responsibility,reward and punishment system and work efficiency,puts forward suggestions on the potential problems of virtual teams in enterprises'development,so as to further enrich the relevant theories of the application of virtual teams in the management and development of enterprises.
