摘 要:针对中小型企业培训存在的缺陷,论文引入虚拟行动学习的培训方法,分析虚拟行动学习对中小型企业培训的适用性,指出虚拟行动学习能够消除中小型企业培训的时间和空间障碍,并且培训贴合企业实际工作,培训效果直接促进企业的发展,促进企业全员学习,并在此基础上对中小型企业实行虚拟行动学习提出建议。Aiming at the defects existing in the training of small and medium-sized enterprise,this paper introduces the training method of virtual action learning,analyzes the applicability of virtual action learning to the training of small and medium-sized enterprises,and points out that virtual action learning can eliminate the time and space barriers in the training of small and medium-sized enterprises.The training conforms to the actual work of the enterprise,and the training effect directly promotes the development of the enterprise and promotes the learning of all the enterprise employees.On this basis,the paper puts forward some suggestions for small and medium-sized enterprises to implement virtual action learning.
