摘　　要：学术创业的实质是大学通过将专有知识转化为生产力,向外部组织换取自我实现和满足社会需要之资源的过程。学术创业行动是学术创业联盟中的行动。从组织发展伦理视角审视,当前学术创业的计划和行动存在工具主义、自由主义和发展中心主义三大深层次的伦理障碍,需要从组织发展性角度进行重构。The essence of academic entrepreneurship is a process in which universities exchange resources for self realization and social needs from external organizations by transforming proprietary knowledge into productivity.Academic entrepreneurship action is the action of academic entrepreneurship alliance.From the perspective of organizational development ethics,there are three deep-level ethical barriers in the planning and action of academic entrepreneurship:instrumentalism,liberalism and development centrism,which need to be reconstructed from the perspective of organizational development.
