摘  要:当前,高校社会服务的战略意义空前彰显,这要求重塑高校社会服务观,认识到社会服务是当代高校生存与发展的重要机制,是高校知识生产活动的价值依托。但从现实来看,我国高校由于深受思想理念、制度环境、文化传统、高校发展基础等主客观因素影响,社会服务意识、服务能力普遍较弱,服务品质存在较大提升空间。从改进我国高校社会服务模式的需求出发,在借鉴美国高校服务经验的基础上,提出了推动高校向创业型组织转型、强化高校社会服务能力建设的改革思路。创业型高校以提供高品质的社会服务为导向,在范式层面上为我国高校优化社会服务体系和服务能力提供了重要的方法论和实践指向。At present,the strategic significance of university’s social service is unprecedentedly noticeable.Therefore,we must reshape the view of social services in colleges and fully realize that social service is an important system for the maintain and development of colleges and universities,and it is also the value basis of knowledge and produce activities in colleges and universities.But from the perspective of the reality,social service awareness and service ability are commonly low because of the influence of such objective and subjective elements as systematic environment,cultural tradition and university development,and there is still a large space to improve service quality.Starting from improving social service mode of our colleges and universities and learning from the service experience of American colleges and universities,it puts forward the reform idea to improve the transformation from colleges and universities to entrepreneurial organization,and to strengthen the social service ability.Entrepreneurial colleges and universities should take high-quality social service as its direction,which provides important methods and practical guidance to optimize the social service system of our colleges and universities from the paradigm perspective.
