摘　　要：目的:探讨PDCA循环法在降低医院固体制剂待包装品送检延误率上的应用,以确保固体制剂的质量。方法:对我院固体制剂送检延误率高的情况进行分析,以送检延误率作为评价指标,对实施PDCA前后3个月的送检延误率进行比较。结果:2019年10月—2020年3月,固体制剂待包装品送检延误率由最高的11.32%降低至1.96%。结论:PDCA循环法应用到医院制剂生产管理和质量管理中能产生良好的效果。Objective:To explore the application of PDCA(Plan,Do,Check,Action)cycle method to reduce the delay in the delivery of solid preparations to be packaged for inspection and to ensure the quality of solid preparation products.Methods:The reason of high delay rate of solid preparations for inspection in our hospital was analyzed.The delay rates in inspection in 3 months before and after the implementation of PDCA were compared using the delay rate of inspection as the evaluation index.Results:The delay rate in inspection was reduced from the highest 11.32%to lower 1.96%during October,2019-March,2020.Conclusion:The PDCA cycle method can produce good results when applied in the production management and quality management of hospital preparations.
