摘　　要：构建4大体系探索日间手术集中与分散管理并行的管理模式。打造一站式服务体系,将日间手术管理中心、检查服务中心、围手术期管理中心、入院服务中心进行资源与流程整合;构建包括院级管理体系、专项工作管理体系和科室级质量安全管理体系的三级监管体系;建立患者术后康复体系;健全日间手术配套体系。通过对相关指标的成效分析,论证了集中与分散管理并行的日间手术服务管理模式可以提升医院的社会效益、经济效益及就诊患者的实际效益。By constructing four systems,our hospital has adopted a parallel centralized and decentralized management mode for the ambulatory surgery services.The one-stop service system integrates resources and processes in the ambulatory surgery management center,examination service center,perioperative management center,and admission service center.A three-level supervision system including hospital-level management system,program-level management system,and department-level quality and safety management system was established.A post-operative rehabilitation system was developed for patients.Finally,the supporting system for ambulatory surgery was also optimized.We analyzed the cost-effectiveness of the management mode and concluded that the parallel centralized and decentralized management of ambulatory surgery services could increase the social and economic benefits of the hospital and benefits to the patients.
