摘  要:目的探讨远程与现场教学在功能性构音障碍患者塞音训练中的临床效果与差异。方法选择2019年1月~2020年1月河北医科大学口腔医院语音室就诊并接受语音治疗的功能性构音障碍塞音异常患儿37例,根据患儿实际情况及意愿分为现场组和远程组,对比两组训练效果。结果现场组患儿治疗效果良好为80%,总有效率100%;远程组患儿治疗效果良好为76%,总有效率100%;两组治疗效果无显著差异(P>0.05)。两组患儿唇音、舌尖音和舌根音达到好转的训练次数对比结果无差异(P>0.05)。患儿年龄与训练次数呈显著正相关r=0.769,P<0.001。结论远程教学与现场教学对功能性构音障碍患儿的塞音治疗效果相近,越早干预对于患儿获益越及时。Objective To explore whether there are differences in clinical effects and gaps between online and on-site teaching in phonological training for patients with functional dysarthria.Methods Selected 37 patients with functional dysarthria and plosive abnormalities who were treated in the speech room of the Stomatological Hospital of Hebei Medical University from January 2019 to January 2020 as the research objects.According to the actual conditions and wishes of the patients,they were divided into onsite group and online group.After the speech training,the results of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results 80%of children in the on-site group had a good treatment effect,and the total effective rate was 100%;the online group had a good treatment effect of 76%,and the total effective rate was 100%;there was no statistically significant difference in the treatment effect between the two groups(P>0.05).The comparative analysis results of the training times of the two groups of children showed that there was no difference in the comparison results of the training times that the labial sound,the tip of the tongue and the root of the tongue can be improved.The results of the correlation study showed that the children’s age was positively correlated with the number of training sessions,with a strong correlation(r=0.769,P<0.001).Conclusions Online teaching and on-site teaching have similar therapeutic effects on children with abnormal plosive.The earlier the intervention,the more timely the benefit to the children.
