摘 要:车辆液压系统脉动式流量输出会造成管路的疲劳破坏。脉动衰减器作为输流管路的辅助部件,在压力吸收方面起重要作用。建立了脉动衰减器的数学模型,根据实际情况确立了脉动衰减器的参数,进行数值模拟,分析了无脉动衰减器时管路的压力波动情况;通过实验测量了脉动衰减器前后管路的压力波动变化情况。研究证明所设计脉动衰减器能够有效降低管路压力脉动,且对宽频域压力波动均有明显抑制效果,为液压系统管路波动抑制提供了方法支撑。Pulsating flow output of vehicle hydraulic system will cause fatigue damage of pipeline.Pulsation attenuator,as an auxiliary part of pipeline,plays an important role in pressure absorption.In this paper,a mathematical model of pulsation attenuator is established.According to the actual situation,the parameters of pulsation attenuator are determined,and the numerical simulation is carried out,and the pressure fluctuation of pipeline without pulsation attenuator is analyzed.The pressure wave of the pipeline before and after the pulse attenuator was measured by experiment.The results show that the pulsation attenuator designed in this paper can effectively reduce the pipeline pressure pulsation,and the pressure fluctuation in wide frequency domain can be suppressed obviously.The research provides method support for the suppression of pipeline fluctuation in hydraulic system.
