摘 要:文章将色谱分离树脂应用于柠檬酸生产,通过选用不同型号的色谱分离树脂,研究了温度、流速、进料量、进料浓度对柠檬酸发酵液分离效果的影响。结果表明,自制ZY-020树脂分离效果最佳,最佳分离条件为:温度45℃、流速50mL/min、进料量150g、进料浓度40%。在此条件下,柠檬酸发酵液分离后收集的纯度为98%以上,收率达到97%以上。This article applies chromatographic separation resin to the production of citric acid. By selecting adsorbents, the effects of temperature, flow rate, feed rate and concentration on the separation of citric acid fermentation liquid were studied. The results showed that, the suitable chromatographic separation resin and the best separation conditions were: home-made resin model was ZY-020, temperature was 45℃, flow rate was 50 mL/min, feed rate was 150 g, feed concentration was 40%. After separation, the purity of the citric acid can exceed 98%, and the yield is more than 97%.
