摘 要:以茶多酚含量为指标,采用响应面法对铁观音茶梗中茶多酚染料浸提工艺优化,对浸提温度、浸提时间和料液比等进行研究。结果显示,最佳浸提取工艺为:浸提温度86.6℃,料液比1.00:34.15,浸提时间57.2 min,在此工艺下茶多酚含量达到最高,为130.72 mg/kg。在最佳提取工艺下,分析不同媒染剂和媒染工艺对于茶多酚染料对棉麻织物的染色性能影响。选用硫酸铝钾为媒染剂进行后媒法染色,媒染剂用量20 g/L,媒染温度60.0℃,媒染时间30.0 min,硫酸钠10 g/L,织物色相不改变,皂洗牢度和湿摩擦牢度能达到3级以上。Adapting water immersion of polyphenols dye from iron buddha tea stem was optimized by response surface method and the content of tea polyphenols in tea was used as the index,and the process parameters such as extraction temperature,extraction time and solid-liquid ratio were studied.The results shows that optimum parameters are follows:extraction temperature is 86.6℃,extraction time is 57.2 min,and solid-liquid ratio is 1.00:34.15,which gives the yield of polyphenols 130.72 mg/g.In that process,The effect of different mordant and mordant dyeing processes on the dyeing properties of ramie-cotton fabrics was analyzed.It has been discovered:aluminum potassium sulfate as mordant for post mordant dyeing in which the concentration was 20 g/L,Na_(2)SO_(4)was 10 g/L,dyeing temperature was 60.0℃,and dyeing time was 30.0 min.It didn't change fabric hue and but improved significantly rub color fastness and washing color fastness at least 3 grade.
