摘 要:水利工程总承包企业设计和施工部门间协同增值,是实现EPC项目设计施工融合、发挥EPC建设模式优势的重要前提条件。为了探索总承包企业及其设计与施工部门在水利工程EPC项目中协同增值的积极性和努力水平,在分析设计、施工协同增值实践与理论研究现状的基础上,以合约理论建立部门间协同增值数学模型,结合企业追求利润最大化的价值取向,通过协同增值的增量成本、增量利润等指标,在水利工程行业市场业务饱和与非饱和及其设计、施工部门任务饱和与非饱和情景下,分析总承包企业及其设计、施工部门间协同增值的行为机制,研究影响其行为积极性和努力水平的因子,并得出12个推论。对提升总承包商协同增值服务管理水平和促进水利EPC业务健康发展具有重要意义。It is an important prerequisite for realizing the integration of EPC project design and construction and giving full play to the advantages of the EPC construction model that collaborative value-adding between the design and construction departments of water conservancy general contracting enterprises. In order to explore the enthusiasm and effort level of general contracting companies and design and construction departments in synergizing value-added in water conservancy project EPC projects, the paper analyzed the research status of design and construction collaborative value-added practice theoretically. It established a mathematical model of inter-departmental collaborative value-added based on contract theory based on the company’s value orientation in pursuit of profit maximization. At the same time, it established a lot of calculation index such as collaborative incremental cost, incremental revenue and incremental benefits. In four different situations such as in the water conservancy engineering industry market business saturated and unsaturated, and the design and construction departments were saturated and unsaturated. It analyzed the behavioral mechanism of synergistic value-added between general contracting enterprises and design and construction departments. It studied the factors that affect their behavior enthusiasm and effort level and drew 12 inferences. It had great significance to improve the general contractor’s collaborative value-added service management level and promote the healthy development of enterprise EPC business.
