摘　　要：大学生创业是高质量就业的一个重要方向,而创业质量不高、创业成功率低是目前面临的主要问题。本文从创业动机、创业类型、创业障碍、创业教育的开展等视角分析了目前大学生创业活动相关研究,并以走访行业导师为基础,根据高职学生的特点,进行了创业能力维度分析,提出了情景式创业能力评价的实施策略,构建了一个与时俱进、客观有效的创业能力评价体系。The implementation of entrepreneurial ability education is not only a necessity for the development of higher vocational education itself,but also the urgent need for entrepreneurial and innovative talents to meet the construction of an innovative country and the development of an entrepreneurial economy.This article conducts interviews with industry mentors to analyze the current entrepreneurial ability of college students from the perspectives of entrepreneurial motivation,entrepreneurial types,entrepreneurial obstacles,and entrepreneurship education development,aims at establishing an objective and effective entrepreneurial ability evaluation system that keeps pace with the times.
