摘 要:为研究PET纤维的截面异形度,在比较分析形成合理的切片制作、图像摄取和处理的技术基础上,选用圆形FDY、扁平形FDY、三角形FDY、五叶形FDY、四叶梅花形DTY、十字形DTY、三叶形DTY七种PET丝线,利用图像分析软件测试,生成和计算圆形的等效直径d0、圆度OM、周长包络度FD、面积包络度FS及截面面积异形度SS等异形度指标值。研究结果表明:采用机器切片制作纤维截面样品,2/4θ光照强度、0db曝光频率、1/30Hz快门速度的3D合成方法拍摄方式,0~219的明度范围、阈值2的图像处理可以获得较好的纤维截面图像。含凹陷的叶形纤维随着叶片数的增加,图像分析包络线准确性降低,截面面积异形度值也降低。叶片的凹陷程度增高,截面面积异形度值也增大。全牵伸的FDY丝纤维异形度规整性、一致性好,低弹的DTY丝纤维之间的截面形态存在差异。In order to study the cross-sectional profile of PET fibers,seven kinds of PET filaments,including round FDY,flat FDY,triangular FDY,five-leafed FDY,four-leafed plum-shaped DTY,cross-shaped DTY and three-leafed DTY,were selected and tested by image analysis software on the basis of comparative analysis and formation of reasonable technology of slice making,image absorption and processing.The equivalent diameter d0,roundness OM,perimeter envelopment FD,area envelopment FS and section area anomaly SS of the circle were generated and calculated.The results of the research show that the fiber cross-section samples were made by machine slicing,using 3D synthesis method of 2/4θlight intensity,0 db exposure frequency,1/30 Hz shutter speed,and the image processing of the brightness range of 0~219,threshold 2 can get better fiber cross-section images.With the increase of the number of blades,the accuracy of the image analysis envelope decreases and the cross-sectional area irregularity value also decreases for the leaf-shaped fibers with recesses.The concave degree of the blade is increased,and the cross-sectional area abnormality value also increases.The full-drawn FDY silk fiber has good irregularity and uniformity,and the cross-sectional morphology of the low-elastic DTY silk fiber is different.
