摘  要:牙龈卟啉单胞菌肽酰基精氨酸脱亚氨酶是动物内源性肽酰基精氨酸脱亚氨酶的同工酶,通过Por系统分泌并催化精氨酸的瓜氨酸化。近年研究发现,牙龈卟啉单胞菌肽酰基精氨酸脱亚氨酶可以影响牙龈卟啉单胞菌生物膜的形成,降低机体的免疫防御功能,与多种疾病如牙周病及类风湿关节炎的发生发展有关。本文对于牙龈卟啉单胞菌肽酰基精氨酸脱亚氨酶的分子特征包括遗传特性和功能特征以及在炎症和自身免疫性疾病中的作用机制等方面取得的最新研究结果进行回顾和展望。Porphyromonas gingivalis peptidylarginine deiminase(PPAD),an isoenzyme of animal endogenous peptidylarginine deaminase,is secreted by the Por system and catalyzes the citrullination of arginine.Recent studies have found that PPAD can affect the formation of Porphyromonas gingivalis biofilm and reduce the body′s immune defense function,which is related to the occurrence and development of many diseases such as periodontal diseases and rheumatoid arthritis.In this paper,we reviewed the molecular characteristics of PPAD,including the genetic and functional characteristics,as well as the mechanisms related to the inflammatory and autoimmune diseases.We also pointed some issues that should be pay attention to in the further study.
