摘　　要：尽管目前已有多种镇痛药物、技术、管理模式应用于临床,但仍有较高比例的手术后患者存在剧烈疼痛。急性疼痛处理不当可能发展为慢性疼痛,影响患者远期预后和生活质量。基于可降解聚合物材料的控释给药装置已应用于临床镇痛,药物活性成分可以在预先设定的时间内在局部精确释放,全身副作用轻微,与传统镇痛方法比较,优势明显,但仍有不足之处。本文对新型术后疼痛管理方法——控释给药装置进行综述,并展望其存在和发展空间。Although a variety of analgesic drugs,techniques and management modes have been applied in clinic,and there are still a high proportion of patients with severe pain after surgery.Improper management of acute pain may develop into chronic pain,which affects the patient’s long-term prognosis and quality of life.The controlled release drug delivery device based on biodegradable polymer materials has been applied in clinical analgesia.Active pharmaceutical ingredients could be provided locally for a pre-programmed amount of time as a precision medicine,with lower systemic side effects.compared with traditional methods,it has obvious advantages,but there is still room to improve.Here,we reviewed the new methods for postoperative pain management-the controlled release drug delivery devices,and highlight it’s opportunities for improvement exist.
