摘　　要：随着淋巴瘤诊断技术的提高及化疗、骨髓移植技术的不断完善,淋巴瘤的整体治愈率显著提高,对于获得长期生存的育龄期女性患者来说,其生育能力是否能够保留受到了越来越多的关注。对于女性淋巴瘤患者,化疗对生育能力损伤程度的大小,与化疗药物种类、剂量及化疗方案以及年龄有关。但不同化疗药物的联合应用、化疗剂量、化疗周期、年龄等因素对患者生育力的损伤程度尚未完全明确。因此针对淋巴瘤化疗对女性生育能力的影响进行研究十分必要,本文就化疗对于女性淋巴瘤患者生育能力的影响及其研究进展进行综述。With the advances of lymphoma diagnostic technologies,the continuous improvement of chemotherapy and bone marrow transplantation technologies,the overall cure rate of lymphoma has been significantly improved.For young female patients with long-term survival,more and more attention has been paid to the preservation of fertility.For female lymphoma patients,the degree of damage to fertility caused by chemotherapy has been related to the dosage of chemotherapy drugs,chemotherapy regimen and patient’s age.However,the extent of damage to fertility caused by factors such as chemotherapy dose,chemotherapy cycle,age,and combination of different chemotherapy drugs has not been fully defined.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct research on the impact of lymphoma chemotherapy on female fertility.This article reviews the effect of chemotherapy on the fertility of female lymphoma patients and its research progress.
