无糖型强力枇杷露的躯体依赖研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨无糖型强力枇杷露是否会导致躯体依赖,以及依赖程度与剂量之间的关系。方法:将80只SD大鼠分为5组,分别是模拟剂组,4.5倍、45倍、135倍组临床剂量的无糖型强力枇杷露组,美沙酮组各16只,连续灌胃14天后,予以纳洛酮进行诱发急性戒断反应,对SD大鼠产生的戒断反应进行评分。结果:经过14天的灌胃,与模拟剂组SD大鼠相比,4.5倍临床推荐剂量的无糖型强力枇杷露组的SD大鼠的戒断反应评分没有统计学差异(P>0.05),45倍组、135倍组的SD大鼠戒断反应评分有明显的统计学差异(P<0.001)。45倍组SD大鼠的戒断反应评分低于135倍组,并有明显的统计学差异(P<0.001)。结论:过量无糖型强力枇杷露会导致躯体依赖。在本研究中连续灌胃临床推荐剂量45倍及135倍的无糖型强力枇杷露14天,停用后两组SD大鼠都出现的戒断反应,严重程度随着剂量的增加而严重。Objective:To explore whether the Sugar-free Qiangli Pipa syrup can result in physical dependence and the relationship between physical dependence and drug dose. Methods:The 80 SD rats were divided into the simulation group, the 4.5 times, the 45 times, the 135 times clinical dose group and the methadone group, 16 rats each. We filled SD rats stomach with different dose medicine for 14 days, then gave naloxone to induce acute withdrawal response, and evaluated the severity of withdrawal symptoms caused by different doses of medicine. Results:After 14 days of gavage, compared with the simulant group, the withdrawal response score of the group with 4.5 times of Sugar-free Qiangli Pipa syrup was not statistically significant(P>0.05). While there was statistically significant difference in the withdrawal response scores of SD rats in the 45 times group and 135 time group(P<0.001). The withdrawal response score of SD rats in the 45 times group was lower than that in the 135 times group, and there was a significant atatistical difference(P<0.001). Conclusion:Excessive taking Sugar-free Qiangli Pipa syrup. In this study, the 45 times and the 135 times clinical doses can lead to physical dependence after 14 days of gavage, and the higher dose, the more severe withdrawal responses after discontinuation.
