肇事肇祸强制医疗精神病人的住院原因分析及对策

摘　　要：目的:分析肇事肇祸经强制医疗精神病人的住院原因并提出针对性的对策。方法:随机选取2016年3月至2019年10月由本省公安机关送至海南强制医疗所治疗肇事肇祸精神病患者40例为研究对象,收集所有患者的一般资料并进行分析。结果:肇事肇祸强制医疗治疗的精神病患者以男性为主,大多数患者的年龄偏低,文化水平普遍不高,大多为无业、下岗和未婚及离异丧偶人员,平均病程较长,且均非首次出现。患者工作困难,经济状况较差,婚姻状况不好,周围家庭关系冷漠,患者在发病时不能得到及时治疗,而最终引发肇事肇祸事件;同时针对性治疗使患者的危险度明显下降。结论:通过对肇事肇祸强制治疗的精神病患者的住院原因进行综合分析,制定针对性的治疗对策,可以有效地减少精神病患者的复发及肇事肇祸行为的发生。Objective:To analyze the causes of hospitalization of the people suffering from mental illness caused by the accident and put forward corresponding strategies. Methods:A total of 40 patients who were sent by the municipal public security to the department for compulsory medical treatment of mental illness from March 2016 to October 2019 were randomly selected. General data of all patients were collected and analyzed. Results:The majority of the psychiatric patients who caused the accident were male, and most of them were of low age, low educational level, unemployed, laid-off, unmarried, divorced and widowed. The patients have difficulty in work, poor economic status, poor marital status, and indifferent family relationship around. The patients cannot receive timely medical treatment when the disease occurs, which eventually leads to the accident and disaster. At the same time, targeted treatment significantly reduced the risk of patients. Conclusion:Through the comprehensive analysis of the causes of hospitalization of psychiatric patients who were forced to be treated for causing accidents, and the formulation of targeted treatment strategies, the relapse of psychiatric patients can be effectively reduced and the occurrence of causing accidents can be reduced.
