摘　　要：城市轨道交通盾构下穿高铁线路属高风险工程,其施工难度大,沉降控制严,风险管控要求高,需进行综合管控。建设单位引入安全风险咨询单位进行全过程咨询管理,在施工准备期进行安全风险专项评估,并制定了综合风险控制措施;在施工过程中,利用安全风险信息化管控平台进行动态监控,提高了安全风险管控能力,确保了施工安全。The urban rail transit shield tunneling under the high-speed rail line is a high-risk project, which is difficult to construct, has strict settlement control, and requires high risk management and control. It requires comprehensive management and control of major risk sources. Conduct special safety risk assessments during the construction preparation period, and use the safety risk information management and control platform for real-time dynamic monitoring during the construction process to move safety prevention management and control forward to ensure construction safety.
