摘  要:林木材性决定了木材的用途和价值,人工林木材改良是解决木材巨大及多元化市场需求的重要途径。木材来源于树木维管形成层细胞的分化,其木质部细胞类型和次生细胞壁的结构与化学组成决定了木材品质,对该过程分子调控机制的不断阐明为调控木材品质提供了理论基础。利用基因工程技术进行分子设计育种,调控形成层活动及木质部分化过程和影响次生壁的结构及组成,可改变木材的密度、物理力学性质及化学组成,有利于木产品加工和木基材料的开发。本文综述了最近的有关研究进展及趋势。The quality of trees determines the use and value of wood. Quality improvement of wood is an important way to solve the huge and diversified market demand. Wood quality is mainly determined by xylem cell types and the structure and chemical composition of secondary cell wall, derived from the differentiation of vascular cambium cells. The elucidated molecular regulation mechanism of this process provides means for the regulation of wood property. Molecular design for improvement of wood quality, using genetic engineering to regulate cambium activity and xylem differentiation, to alter secondary wall structure and composition, can change wood density, physical and mechanical properties and chemical composition, which is beneficial to wood-based product processing. This paper reviews the recent progress and trends in this filed.
