摘 要:肿瘤转移是大多数癌症患者的重要致死原因,一旦发生转移,肿瘤患者生存率与生存质量明显下降。肿瘤细胞迁移/侵袭能力是转移的关键,其发生机制受到多种因素的影响。大量研究证明,间充质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cells, MSCs)与肿瘤细胞迁移/侵袭之间有着密切关系。本文就MSCs对肿瘤细胞迁移/侵袭能力的影响进行了总结,归纳了MSCs促进肿瘤细胞迁移侵袭的分子机制。有助于加深对癌症转移机制的了解,为进一步研究肿瘤疾病的诊断与治疗提供了科学有效的参考。Tumor metastasis is an important cause of death in most cancers, once metastasis occurs, the survival rate and quality of life of tumor patients decrease significantly. The migration/invasion ability of tumor cells is the key to metastasis, and its mechanism is affected by many factors. A large number of studies have shown that mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs) are closely related to tumor cell migration/invasion.This paper summarizes the influence of MSCs on the migration/invasion ability of tumor cells, reduces the molecular mechanism of MSCs promoting the migration and invasion of tumor cells. It helps to acquire a better understanding of the mechanism about cancer metastasis, and provides a scientific and effective reference for further research on the diagnosis and treatment of tumor diseases.
