精准帮扶背景下经济困难学生“三创”素质“四环联动”培养途径探析

摘　　要：在高校毕业生数量持续增长、就业形式复杂严峻化,以及创新型国家建设等客观需求条件下,大学生创新、创业、创造能力培养的重要性越来越凸显。经济困难学生就业是高校就业工作的重点和难点,重视该部分学生的“三创”能力培养,促使其更高质量和更充分就业,是高校人才培养工作的一项重要内容。本文通过分析经济困难学生创新、创业、创造培养过程中存在的问题,结合“三创”素质培养的必要性,提出了“四环联动”培养方式,即从意识帮扶、能力帮扶、导师帮扶、制度帮扶这四个方面培养经济困难学生“三创”素质,以期为经济困难学生的“三创”素质培养途径提供参考,进而为新时代中国特色社会主义建设提供“三创”型人才支持。With the continuous growth of the number of college graduates,the complex and severe employment situation,the construction of an innovative country,and for other objective reasons,the cultivation of students’innovation,entrepreneurship and creation ability is becoming more and more important.The employment of impoverished college student is always the focus and difficulty.It is an important content of personnel training in colleges to attach importance to the cultivation of these groups’innovation,entrepreneurship and creation abilities and stimulate their higher quality and full employment.After analyzing the problems existing in the process of innovation,entrepreneurship and creation abilities cultivation of students with financial difficulties,combine the necessity of the cultivation of three creative qualities,this study puts forward the“four link linkage”training mode,which can cultivate the three innovation quality of impoverished college student from the four aspects of consciousness help,ability help,tutor help and system help.And then,providing the reference for impoverished college student three creative qualities,cultivating more outstanding innovative,entrepreneurship and creation talents,and providing talent pools for accelerate the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
