摘　　要：目的:探讨南疆地区某基层医院305例口腔颌面部感染的种类和发病特点。方法:回顾2016年1月-2020年6月就诊于于田县人民医院口腔科的305例因口腔颌面部感染的住院患者临床资料,分析其种类、发病特点、治疗方法及转归。结果:间隙感染155例(50.82%)、颌下淋巴结炎65例(21.31%)、淋巴结结核59例(19.34%),在所有感染性疾病中占前三位,其他感染性疾病只占8.53%。口腔颌面部感染呈现多发的特点,淋巴结结核在南疆地区高发。结论:口腔颌面部感染是南疆地区口腔多发疾病,根据感染类型不同,应该积极探讨有效的治疗方法和临床路径。Objective To explore the types and characteristics of 305 inpatient cases of oral and maxillofacial infection in a primary hospital of south Xinjiang region.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 305 oral and maxillofacial infection cases hospitalized in the Department of Stomatology,The people’s hospital of Yutian county from January 2016 to June 2020.The types,characteristics,treatment methods and outcomes of these diseases were analyzed.Results Oral and maxillofacial space infection155 cases(50.82%),submaxillary lymphadenitis65 cases(21.31%)and tuberculous lymphadenitis59 cases(19.34%)are the top three oral and maxillofacial infections in number.Oral and maxillofacial infection is characterized by multiple manifestations.South Xinjiang region is more prone to tuberculous lymphadenitis.Conclusion South Xinjiang region is prone to Oral and maxillofacial infections.Effective treatment methods and clinical pathways should be actively explored according to the types of the infections.
