摘  要:目的探讨与类风湿性关节炎(RA)病理生理过程密切相关的氨基酸种类及其代谢变化规律,为氨基酸检测用于RA辅助诊疗提供参考。方法在线检索中国知网(CNKI)数据库、Pubmed数据库,纳入以RA患者及健康志愿者的血清或血浆为检测样本的代谢组学研究,将PLS-DA或OPLS-DA模型中,VIP>1且组间比较P<0.05的氨基酸视为代谢差异氨基酸,并总结其变化规律。结果纳入的12篇文献共计报道代谢差异氨基酸20种,其中患者体内含量显著降低的有丙氨酸、组氨酸、蛋氨酸、缬氨酸、丝氨酸、色氨酸、赖氨酸、甘氨酸、精氨酸、肌氨酸,含量显著升高的有谷氨酸、高丝氨酸。结论多种氨基酸随RA的病程进展发生较规律的代谢变化,氨基酸检测可作为RA辅助诊疗的潜在方法继续加以研究。Objective To study the types of amino acids and their metabolic changes closely related to the pathophysiological process of rheumatoid arthritis(RA),in order to provide reference for using detection of amino acids in RA auxiliary diagnosis and efficacy evaluation.Methods Online searched were performed using CNKI database and PubMed database,the metabolomics studies using serum or plasma samples from RA patients and healthy volunteers were included for analysis.In PLS-DA or OPLS-DA model,the amino acids with VIP>1 and P<0.05 were regarded as metabolic differential amino acids.Results Totally 20 metabolic differential amino acids were reported in 12 published references,alanine,histidine,methionine,valine,serine,tryptophan,lysine,glycine,arginine and sarcosine were significantly reduced,while glutamate and hyperserine were significantly increased in patients.Conclusion Some amino acids have regular metabolic changes along with the progression of RA,amino acid detection can be used as a potential method for auxiliary diagnosis and efficacy evaluation of RA.
