摘  要:采用插层复合法,借助酚醛树脂,以矿化剂活性白土浸注北京杨,改善木材力学性能。研究以增重率为指标,考察了活性白土的分散浓度、浸渍温度对浸渍处理效果的影响,并采用XRD、SEM、FT-IR等分析手段对改性材进行测试与表征。结果表明:浸渍温度对增重率有显著影响;经矿化改性处理的木材力学性能较素材有明显提高;较佳的浸注工艺条件为矿化剂分散浓度3%,浸渍温度60℃。浸入木材的活性白土主要呈片层状和颗粒状,并存在于细胞腔、纹孔中,部分剥离片层插入到木材细胞壁中,与木材大分子发生反应,产生紧密结合,同时木质素、纤维素、半纤维素含量发生变化。To improve the mechanical properties of wood,the mineralizer activated clay was impregnated into Populus beijingensis with the help of phenolic resin by intercalation composite method.The effects of the dispersion concentration of activated clay and the impregnation temperature on the impregnation effect were investigated through the weight gain rate,and the mechanical and other characteristics of the modified materials were tested with XRD,SEM and infrared spectroscopy.The results showed that the impregnation temperature had a significant effect on the weight gain rate,and the mechanical properties of the treated poplar were significantly improved.The optimum conditions are 3%concentration of mineralizer and 60℃temperature.The activated clay was impregnated into wood with two main forms,lamellar and granular,and exists in the cell cavity and pit.Part of the exfoliated lamellae was also inserted into the cell wall of the wood and reacts with the wood macromolecules to form a tight binding.At the same time,the contents of lignin,cellulose and hemifibroin were changed.
