扶正补土针灸法联合综合康复治疗偏瘫患者的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察扶正补土针灸法联合综合康复治疗偏瘫患者的临床价值。方法选取2018年2月至2020年2月收治的82例偏瘫患者,采用随机数字表分为观察组(扶正补土针灸法联合综合康复疗法)和对照组(综合康复疗法),各41例。比较两组患者的下肢肌力恢复情况、平衡功能评分及舒张末血流速度、收缩峰血流速度、平均血流速度。结果观察组的下肢肌力恢复明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的平衡功能评分(38.68±2.55)分明显高于对照组(30.11±2.88)分(P<0.05);观察组的舒张末血流速度(47.88±3.22)cm/s、收缩峰血流速度(93.33±5.52)cm/s、平均血流速度(64.22±4.11)cm/s明显优于对照组[(40.23±3.52)cm/s、(87.55±3.66)cm/s、(62.30±3.69)cm/s](P<0.05)。结论扶正补土针灸法联合综合康复疗法应用于偏瘫患者中,促进了颅脑血流动力学的改善,利于肢体功能的恢复。Objective To observe the clinical value of strengthening and replenishing earth acupuncture combined with comprehensive rehabilitation for hemiplegic patients.Methods A total of 82 patients with hemiplegia admitted from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected.The patients were randomly divided into observation group(strengthening and replenishing earth acupuncture combined with comprehensive rehabilitation therapy)and control group(comprehensive rehabilitation therapy),41 cases in each group.The lower limb muscle strength recovery,balance function score,end-diastolic blood flow velocity,systolic peak blood flow velocity and mean blood flow velocity were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery of lower limb muscle strength in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The score of balance function in the observation group(38.68±2.55)was significantly higher than that in the control group(30.11±2.88)(P<0.05).The final diastolic blood flow velocity(47.88±3.22)cm/s,systolic peak blood flow velocity(93.33±5.52)cm/s,and average blood flow velocity(64.22±4.11)cm/s in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(40.23±3.52)cm/s,(87.55±3.66)cm/s,(62.30±3.69)cm/s(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion of strengthening and replenishing earth combined with comprehensive rehabilitation therapy in hemiplegia patients can promote the improvement of craniocerebral hemodynamics and is beneficial to the recovery of limb function.
