摘　　要：利用电子数字密度计测定白酒的酒精度。通过不同类型电子数字密度计和传统酒精计蒸馏法的测定研究以及大量数据的比对,相比于传统酒精计法,数字密度计法具有较高的重复性和再现性,同时能进行测定温度的管理,保证测量结果不受外部因素的影响。In this paper,the accuracy of liquor was determined by electronic digital densitometer.Through the study of different types of electronic digital densitometer and the traditional alcohol meter distillation method,as well as the comparison of a large number of data,compared with the traditional alcohol meter method,the digital densitometer method has higher repeatability and reproducibility,and can manage the measurement temperature to ensure that the measurement results are not affected by external factors.
