摘　　要：在分析跨境供应链多种协同问题的基础上,以效率型供应链模型为例,对某制造企业的供应链信息系统进行分析,通过对组织协同、业务协同、技术协同3个层面的整合,逐步实现信息系统集成,很好地解决了跨境供应链的协同问题。Based on the analysis of a variety of collaborative problems for cross-border chains,this paper takes the supply chain information system of a manufacturing facotry for example,gradually realizes information system integration by analyzing the combination of organization coordination,business coordination and technical coordination,and well sovles the coordination problems for the cross-border supply chain.
