摘  要:目的采用柯氏模型评价新入职护士法律素养培训的效果。方法以柯氏模型为指导,选取2018年在本院参加新入职护士培训项目的58名护士作为研究对象,采用问卷调查、情景模拟和写心得体会等方法从反应层、学习层、行为层与结果层4个层面进行效果评价。结果培训前,护士卫生法律知识严重不足,培训后卫生法律知识考核得分高于培训前,护士培训后对临床工作更加自信、法律风险防范意识更强。新入职护士对法律素养培训的总体评价感到满意,培训满意度得分为21.345±2.236。结论对新入职护士进行法律素养培养效果明显,能够提高护士法律意识、依法执业行为和风险防范意识,并且护士的获益情况较好,对培训的满意程度高。Objective To evaluate the effect of legal literacy training for new nurses by using The Koller model.Methods Under the guidance of The Koller model,58 nurses who participated in the new nurse training program in our hospital in 2018 were selected as the research objects,and the effectiveness evaluation was conducted from the four levels of response layer,learning layer,behavior layer and result layer through questionnaire survey,scenario simulation and writing experience.Results Before the training,the nurses were seriously deficient in health law knowledge,and the scores of health law knowledge assessment after the training were higher than before,and the nurses were more confident in clinical work and had a stronger awareness of legal risk prevention.The new nurses were satisfied with the overall evaluation of legal literacy training,and the training satisfaction score was(21.345±2.236).Conclusion The effect of legal literacy for newly recruited nurses is obvious,which can improve nurses'legal awareness,legal practice behavior and risk prevention awareness,and nurses'benefit is good,and the degree of satisfaction to the training is high.
