摘　　要：目的:为满足小动物活体成像技术应用与操作研究生选修课的实验教学需求,构建一种小动物活体成像仪操作训练虚拟仿真软件。方法:小动物活体成像仪操作训练虚拟仿真软件采用MAYA、3D Max等软件搭建其实验环境,通过三维建模的方式制作实物效果图,运用SAI、AI、Photoshop等软件绘制二维素材,结合Flash Max、Flash Builder以及Unity3D等高级程序语言进行交互式动作的设计。该软件包括背景知识、仪器简介、实验模拟和课后巩固4个模块。将该软件应用于"课前—课中—课后"每一个环节,并通过问卷调查的方式对该软件的教学效果进行评价。结果:采用该软件辅助教学有利于学生掌握小动物活体成像仪的操作,提高了学生的主观能动性和参与积极性,提升了教学效果。结论:该软件的应用有助于小动物活体成像技术应用与操作研究生选修课程的实验教学,开拓了虚拟仿真软件实验教学新模式。Objective To develop a piece of virtual simulation software for small animal in vivo imaging system operation training to facilitate the teaching of a postgraduate elective course on the application and operation of small animal in vivo imaging technology.Methods The software used MAYA,3 D Max and other software to build its experimental environment,created physical effect drawing by means of 3D modelling,applied SAI,AI,Photoshop and other software to drawing 2 D materials,and combined Flash Max,Flash Builder and Unity3D and other advanced programming languages for designing interactive actions.The software was composed of four modules for background knowledge,instrument introduction,experimental simulation and consolidation.The software was applied on every link of the class,and the teaching result was evaluated through questionnaire survey.Results The software developed facilitated the student to master the operation of the small animal in vivo imaging system,increasing their initiative and enhancing the teaching effectiveness.Conclusion The software developed can be used for the experimental teaching of the postgraduate elective course on the application and operation of small animal in vivo imaging technology,and contributes to forming a new mode of experimental teaching with virtual simulation software.
