新时代劳动观视域下高职劳动教育体系探讨

摘　　要：为适应中国特色社会主义新时代对劳动教育提出的新要求,高职院校应加强劳动教育体系建设。为突出劳动教育的育人目标和价值,高职院校要从教育目标、教育实施及教育保障等方面进行不断完善,积极打造现代化劳动教育体系,开展劳动教育,培育时代新人。文章分析新时期背景下劳动观的时代内涵,提出高职劳动教育体系的构建策略。In order to meet the new requirements of labor education in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,higher vocational colleges should strengthen the construction of labor education system.In order to highlight the educational objectives and values of labor education,higher vocational colleges should constantly improve their educational objectives,educational implementation and educational security,actively build a modern labor education system,carry out labor education and cultivate new people of the times.This paper analyzes the connotation of the concept of labor in the new era,and puts forward the construction strategy of higher vocational labor education system.
