摘　　要：在新时代背景下,石油行业的人才培养方向发生了变化,不仅要让学生掌握扎实的理论知识,还要让其具备一定的实践技能。为此,高校积极开启新型人才培养模式。其中,广东石油化工学院资源勘查工程专业结合专业特点开设的软件实习课程,是以理论和软件实习教学相结合的教学方式提升人才培养水平。实践证明,这种理论与实践结合的教学方式,不仅夯实了学生的基础知识,还提高了学生的实践能力,有利于提高石油勘探人才的综合素质。Under the background of the new era,the talent training direction of the petroleum industry has changed.Students should not only master solid theoretical knowledge,but also have certain practical skills.Therefore,colleges and universities actively open a new talent training mode.Among them,the software practice course offered by the resource exploration engineering major of Guangdong University of Petrochemical Technology combined with the professional characteristics is a teaching method combining theory and software practice teaching to improve the talent training level.Practice has proved that this teaching method of combining theory with practice not only tamps students'basic knowledge,but also improves students'practical ability,which is conducive to improving the comprehensive quality of petroleum exploration talents.
