摘 要:3D打印技术相比于传统加工技术因具有制造速度快、节约材料、设备简单、环境友好等优点而被广泛应用于机械设计教学实践中。但在实际打印过程中常常因支撑设置、固化应力和热变形的影响出现尺寸制造误差甚至变形的情况,无法满足使用要求。通过对机械设计中典型零件的3D打印从尺寸收缩率和摆放方式的角度讨论各自的制造精度,并提出了相应的修正方法,以期3D打印技术能更好地服务于机械设计的实践教学环节。Compared with traditional processing technology,3D printing technology is widely used in the teaching practice of mechanical design because of its advantages of fast manufacturing speed,material saving,simple equipment and friendly environment.However,in printing process,dimension errors or even deformation often occur due to the influence of support setting,curing stress and thermal deformation,which cannot meet the needs of use.In this paper,the manufacturing accuracy of typical parts are discussed from the angle of dimension shrinkage and placement mode.Then the error compensation method is put forward,so that the 3D printing technology can better serve the practical teaching link of mechanical design.
