摘　　要：针对动物生物学实验教学中验证性实验较多、学生只是机械重复性操作、对学生创新能力培养不足等问题,尝试开设设计、研究性开放性实验,从而有利于学生学科知识的掌握与能力素质的提升。对动物生物学实验开设开放性实验的必要性、实验项目的设计与实施、实施的效果、结语四个方面进行了阐述。与传统的实验项目相比,开放性实验项目,充分发挥了学生的主体地位,培养了学生的动手能力、综合设计与创新能力,既提高了学生综合实验素质,又提高了实验室教学资源的利用率。In view of the problems of more validation experiments,more repetitive operation and insufficient cultivation of students’innovative ability in animal biology experiment teaching,we try to set up designed and research opening experiments,which is beneficial for the students to master subject knowledge and improve their capability.This paper expounds the necessity,the design and implementation,the effects and the conclusion of performing opening experiment projects in animal biology.Compared with the traditional experimental projects,the opening experimental projects give full play to the main position of students,cultivate the students’practical ability,comprehensive design and innovation ability,not only improve the students’comprehensive experimental quality,but also improve the utilization of laboratory teaching resources.
