摘  要:近年来发现,肿瘤细胞可以通过细胞间线粒体转移(mitochondrialtransfer)来维持其高代谢需求和高耐药性。骨髓间充质干细胞(bone marrowmesenchymalstemcells,BMSCs)可与白血病细胞之间发生线粒体转移,并促进白血病细胞的化疗耐药。本文就BMSCs与白血病细胞之间线粒体的转移、转移的触发信号、转移的途径及其与白血病细胞化疗耐药的关系做一综述,旨在为逆转白血病细胞耐药相关研究提供思路。In recent years,it has been discovered that tumor cells can maintain their high metabolic demand and high drug resistance through mitochondrial transfer between cells.Mitochondrial transfer can occur between bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs)and leukemia cells,promoting the chemotherapy resistance of leu⁃kemia cells.This article reviews mitochondrial transfer between BMSCs and leukemia cells,the triggering signals of the transfer,transfer pathways,and its relationship with the chemotherapy resistance of leukemia cells,aiming to provide ideas for research on reversing the drug resistance of leukemia cells.
