福建地区血清HER-2/neu蛋白参考值的建立及分析

摘　　要：目的探索建立福建地区成人血清HER-2/neu蛋白参考值。方法选取2019年12月至2021年6月在我院体检的成人共323名为研究对象,采用直接化学发光法对其血清HER-2/neu蛋白进行测定,并依测定数据统计分析得到该项目的单侧上限95%医学参考值。结果获得血清HER-2/neu蛋白中位数为10.0 ng/mL,男性和女性血清HER-2/neu蛋白中位数均为10.0 ng/mL;血清HER-2/neu蛋白95%医学参考值为15.0 ng/mL,男性为14.9 ng/mL,女性为15.3 ng/mL。按性别及年龄分组进行参考值比较,男性与女性成人血清HER-2/neu蛋白差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);年龄段30岁以下、31~40岁、41~50岁与51~60岁比较,差异有高度显著性(P<0.05)。结论血清HER-2/neu蛋白参考值设定为<15.0 ng/mL较为合适。Objective To establish the reference value of HER-2/neu protein in adult serum in Fujian Province.Methods A total of 323 adults who underwent physical examination in our hospital from December 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects.Their serum HER-2/neu protein was measured by direct chemiluminescence method,and the unilateral upper limit 95%medical reference value of the project was obtained according to the statistical analysis of the measured data.Results The median of serum HER-2/neu protein was 10.0 ng/mL,and the median of serum HER-2/neu protein in men and women was 10.0 ng/mL;The 95%medical reference value of serum HER-2/neu protein was 15.0 ng/mL,14.9 ng/mL in male and 15.3 ng/mL in female.There was no significant difference in HER-2/neu protein between male and female adults;there are highly significant differences between the age groups of under 30 years old,31-40 years old,41-50 years old and 51-60 years old.Conclusion It is appropriate to set the reference value of serum HER-2/neu protein<15.0 ng/mL.
