摘  要:目的分析角膜塑形镜矫治青少年近视对眼球生物学参数的影响。方法在我院2019年1月至2019年10月内收治的120例近视青少年为本次研究对象,所选研究对象随机分为框架眼镜组(60例,配戴框架眼镜)和角膜塑形镜组(60例,配戴角膜塑形镜),统计对比两组青少年配戴前后的眼球生物学参数[等效球镜(SE)、眼轴长度(AL)、中央角膜厚度(CCT)、前房深度(ACD)、晶状体厚度(LT)、裸眼视力(VAsc)]变化值。结果最终75例近视青少年完成研究。两组青少年配戴前的眼球生物学参数、年龄、性别均无明显差异(P>0.05),但角膜塑形镜组的SE和VAsc在戴镜半年后明显降低,其与框架镜组相比有统计学差异(P<0.05),两组AL、CCT、ACD及LT在戴镜半年和1年的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在配戴半年和1年后,两组的AL均有增长,框架镜组AL[基线水平(24.91±1.04)mm,半年(24.97±1.04),1年(25.13±1.08)mm]增长比角膜塑形镜组[基线水平(24.98±0.9)mm,半年(25.00±0.91)mm,1年(25.11±0.92)mm]明显加快。CCT在角膜塑形镜组戴镜半年后(546.81±32.32)比基线(560.31±33.06)减少。LT在角膜塑形镜组呈现加厚趋势(基线水平(3.35±0.17)mm,半年(3.38±0.16)mm,1年(3.39±0.17)mm),而框架镜组的CCT和LT基本平稳。结论对近视青少年给予角膜塑形镜可有效起到矫治作用,改善青少年眼球生物学参数,对促进青少年裸眼视力改善,控制近视进展和眼轴增长具有积极应用价值。Objective To analyze the effect of orthokeratology on the biological parameters of the eyeball in the treatment of juvenile myopia.Methods One hundred and twenty adolescents with myopia admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to October 2019 were the subjects of this study.The selected subjects were randomly divided into a frame glasses group(60 cases,wearing frame glasses)and an orthokeratology lens group(60 cases,wearing orthokeratology lens),and statistically comparing the biological parameters of the eyeball before and after wearing the two groups of adolescents[equivalent spherical lens(SE),axial length(AL),central corneal thickness(CCT),anterior chamber depth(ACD),lens thickness(LT),naked eyesight(VAsc)]change value.Results Finally,75 myopic adolescents completed the study.There was no significant difference in the biological parameters of the eyes age and gender between the two groups of adolescents before wearing(P>0.05),but the SE and VAsc of the orthokeratology lens group were significantly reduced after wearing the glasses for half a year,which was compared with the frame lens group compared with statistically significant difference(P<0.05),there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of AL,CCT,ACD and LT at half a year and one year after wearing glasses(P>0.05).After wearing for half a year and 1 year,the AL of both groups increased.The frame lens group AL[Baseline level(24.91±1.04)mm,half a year(24.97±1.04),1 year(25.13±1.08)mm]increased compared with the orthokeratology lens group[Baseline level(24.98±0.9)mm,half a year(25.00±0.91)mm,1 year(25.11±0.92)]significantly speed up.CCT(546.8132.32)was lower than baseline(560.3133.06)after wearing glasses for six months in the orthokeratology group.LT showed a thickening trend in the orthokeratology lens group(3.35±0.17,3.38±0.16,3.39±0.17),while the CCT and LT of the frame lens group were basically stable.Conclusion Ortho-Keratoplasty for myopic teenagers can effectively correct the biological parameters of the adole
