孕期健康教育在妇产科门诊护理中的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探析孕期健康教育在妇产科门诊护理中的临床效果及其应用价值。方法本次研究对象为我院收治的100例孕妇,时间为2017年1月至2019年1月,随机将其分为观察组(n=50)和对照组(n=50)。对照组接受妇产科护理,观察组在其基础之上开展孕期健康知识教育。对比两组孕妇的分娩方式及并发症、产后出血发生情况、足月妊娠体质量指数、产程时间。结果观察组的自然分娩率为84.00%、剖宫产率为4.00%,显著优于对照组的62.00%与14.00%(P<0.05);观察组的并发症发生率为42.00%,低于对照组的88.00%(P<0.05);观察组产后出血发生率4.00%,显著低于对照组的12.00%,但本次研究结果不具统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的足月妊娠时体质量指数情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05);结论孕期健康教育可有效减少孕妇肥胖和妊娠合并并发症的出现,通过分娩技巧的指导,可有效缩短产程,减少难产、助产及产后出血情况的发生,进而可显著提高自然分娩率。Objective To explore the clinical effect and application value of health education during pregnancy in gynecological and obstetric outpatient nursing.Methods One hundred pregnant women admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases each.The control group received obstetrics and gynecology nursing,while the observation group carried out health education during pregnancy on the basis of it.The mode of delivery and complications,the occurrence of postpartum hemorrhage,the body mass index of full-term pregnancy and the duration of labor were compared between the two groups.Results The natural delivery rate of the observation group was 84.00%,the cesarean section rate was 4.00%,which was significantly better than 62.00% and 14.00% of the control group(P<0.05);the complication rate of the observation group was 42.00%,lower than 88.00% of the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group was 4.00%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(12.00%),but the results of this study were not statistically significant(P>0.05).the body mass index of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group at term pregnancy(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education during pregnancy can effectively reduce the occurrence of obesity and complications of pregnancy.Through the guidance of childbirth skills,it can effectively shorten the labor process,reduce the occurrence of dystocia,assisted labor and postpartum hemorrhage,and can significantly increase the natural delivery rate.
