摘  要:[目的]本研究旨在探究色氨酸是否对番茄品质具有改良效应。[方法]自番茄果实进入膨大期后,每10 d对不同处理的番茄植株分别喷施0、100、200、300、400、500 mg·L^(-1)的色氨酸溶液,于采收期测定第二穗果的品质指标、生长素及褪黑素的含量。[结果]施用色氨酸提升了番茄果实中生长素及褪黑素的水平,施用200~300 mg·L^(-1)色氨酸提升了可溶性糖及可溶性固形物含量,施用200~500 mg·L^(-1)色氨酸降低了可滴定酸的含量,提高了糖酸比;施用100~300 mg·L^(-1)色氨酸提高了可溶性蛋白含量,施用100~500 mg·L^(-1)色氨酸促进了番茄红素的积累,却降低了Vc含量,并引起了大部分游离氨基酸水平的下降。[结论]施用色氨酸会提升番茄果实生长素及褪黑素的水平,进而改善果实品质。施用200~300 mg·L^(-1)色氨酸对番茄品质的提升效果较好。本研究结果为提升设施番茄果实的品质提供了研究基础。[Objective]Current study was to explore whether tryptophan can improve the tomato(Solanum lycopersicum)fruit quality.[Methods]“Fenba”was sprayed with tryptophan at 0、100、200、3001、400、500 mg·L^(-1)at a time interval of 10 days since the expansion period of tomato fruit,and the quality index of the second ear fruit was determined at the harvest time.[Results]In the present study,the application of tryptophan increased the levels of melatonin and auxin in tomato fruits,200~300mg·L^(-1)tryptophan increased the content of soluble sugar and soluble solids,200~500mg·L^(-1)tryptophan reduced the content of titratable acid but increased the ratio of sugar to acid,100~300mg·L^(-1)tryptophan increased the content of soluble protein,100~500mg·L^(-1)tryptophan promoted the accumulation of lycopene,but decreased the content of Vc,and caused a decrease in the level of most free amino acids.[Conclusion]The application of tryptophan can increase the levels of IAA and melatonin in tomato fruit,and then improve the fruit quality.In summary,the application of 200~300 mg·L^(-1)exogenous tryptophan had a good effect on improving the quality of tomato fruit.The study provides a research basis for improving the quality of facility tomatoes.
