摘 要:由于传统的误差校验系统未在设计过程中加入组态软件,导致其误差校验结果不理想。为此,基于组态软件设计了一种新的电能计量装置误差校验系统。系统的硬件部分主要包括电能计量装置校验、压降测试以及综合误差统计等。在此基础上,结合组态软件分析电能计量装置中的初始数据,然后通过BP神经网络对电能计量装置误差进行预测,再通过预测结果选取满足需求的优化模型,结合优化模型对电能计量装置误差进行校验。实验结果表明:该系统能够以较高的准确性完成误差校验,证明其实现了设计预期。Because the traditional error checking system does not add configuration software in the design process,the error checking result is not ideal.Therefore,a new error checking system of power metering device was designed based on configuration software.The hardware environment of the system mainly includes the calibration of electric energy metering device,voltage drop test and comprehensive error statistics.On this basis,combined with the configuration software,the initial data of the power metering device was analyzed,and then through the BP neural network,the error of the power metering device was predicted.Then through the prediction results,the optimization model was selected to meet the demand.Combined with the optimization model,the error of the power metering device was checked.The experimental results showed that the system can complete the error calibration with high accuracy,which proves that it achieves the design expectation.
