摘　　要：以工业级羊毛醇为原料,经过两级分子蒸馏及造粒工艺制备化妆品级粒状羊毛醇,对工艺条件进行了优化。结果表明:在真空度10 Pa、一级分子蒸馏温度200℃、二级分子蒸馏温度240℃、进料速率400 mL/h、刮膜转速20 r/min的条件下,经两级分子蒸馏得到化妆品级羊毛醇,然后在环境温度10℃、环境湿度20%、进料温度60℃的条件下将化妆品级羊毛醇造粒,得到化妆品级粒状羊毛醇。在上述工艺条件下,产物总收率达到91.46%,成品一次合格率达到97.85%,产物酸值和皂化值符合欧洲和美国药典对化妆品级羊毛醇的要求。With industrial-grade lanolin alcohol as raw material,the cosmetic-grade granular lanolin alcohol was prepared by two-stage molecular distillation and granulation process,and the process conditions were optimized.The resuls showed that cosmetic-grade lanolin alcohol was obtained by two-stage molecular distillation under the conditions of vacuum degree 10 Pa,first molecular distillation temperature 200℃,second molecular distillation temperature 240℃,feeding rate 400 mL/h and film scraping speed 20 r/min.Then,cosmetic-grade granular lanolin alcohol was obtained by granulation process under the conditions of ambient temperature 10℃,ambient humidity 20%and feeding temperature 60℃.Under these conditions,the product total yield reached 91.46%,and the primary qualification rate was 97.85%.The acid value and saponification value conformed to the European Pharmacopoeia and the United States Pharmacopoeia.
