摘　　要：目的系统评价电针在不同时机介入治疗周围性面瘫的疗效及安全性.方法通过计算机检索各库建库至2020年12月31日国内外数据库中所有关于电针治疗周围性面瘫的临床随机对照试验,由2名研究者独立对检索到的文献提取数据以及质量评价后,使用软件RevMan 5.3进行Meta分析.结果电针在周围性面瘫急性期即介入治疗的治愈率高于非急性期介入[OR=3.63,95%CI(2.62,5.04),Z=7.75,P<0.00001];电针在急性期即介入随访6个月后遗症发生率低于非急性期介入[OR=0.25,95%CI(0.10,0.64),Z=2.89,P<0.05];电针在急性期介入的痊愈所需时间少于非急性期介入[MD=-1.84,95%CI(-10.04,-5.87),Z=7.05,P<0.00001].结论电针在周围性面瘫急性期介入治疗的疗效优于非急性期介入,可有效提高临床治愈率,降低后遗症的发生率及缩短痊愈所需时间.但仍需更多高质量、大样本的临床随机对照试验来进一步验证.Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of electroacupuncture at different times for treatment of peripheral facial paralysis.Methods The clinical randomized con-trolled trials published before December 31,2020 on electroacupuncture treatment of peripheral facial paralysis were searched in domestic and foreign databases.The information of included studies was extracted and the quality was assessed by the two researchers.The Meta-analysis was performed by using Rev Man 5.3 software.Results The cure rate of electroacupuncture in the acute phase of peripheral facial paralysis was higher than that of non-acute phase interven-tion[OR=3.63,95%CI(2.62,5.04),Z=7.75,P<0.00001].For the incidence of sequelae after 6 months of follow-up,the incidence of sequelae of electroacupuncture in the acute phase was lower than that in the non-acute phase(OR=0.25,95%CI[0.10,0.64],Z=2.89,P<0.05).The number of days needed to heal with electroacupuncture in the acute phase was less than that in the non-acute phase[MD=-1.84,95%CI(-10.04,-5.87),Z=7.05,P<0.00001].Conclusion The curative effect of electroacupuncture in the acute phase of peripheral facial paralysis is bet-ter than that of non-acute phase,which can effectively improve the clinical cure rate and re-duce the incidence of complications.However,more high-quality,large-sample clinical random-ized controlled trials are still needed for further verification.
