摘 要:通过对“望神”这一名词术语进行文献归纳整理、理清脉络,为中医诊疗理论体系的研究提供文献依据。“望神”一词最早见于清代《医宗心鉴·四诊心法要诀》,其是由《黄帝内经》中对“神”的认知和望神理论奠基,至明清时期出现“望神”专篇,丰富了望神理论内容,形成了较为完善的望神理论。新中国成立以后,“望神”作为中医诊法的规范名称,统一了望神的定义及内容。“望神”名词的形成体现了中医不断充实、不断完善的历史进程,其内涵也体现了中医诊法理论的特色,“望神”名词源流的考证为中医名词术语的研究提供了理论及文献基础。This paper summarizes the literature of the term"Wangshen"and clarifies the context,hoping to provide a literature basis for the study of the theoretical system of TCM diagnosis and treatment.The earliest word of Wangshen was first recorded in the“Four Diagnosis Law”.The observation was made by the content of“Expression”and“Watching Diagnosis”in the Inner Canon of Huangdi.The special chapter of"Wangshen"has appeared,the content of"Watching Expression"has enriched,as well as a perfect diagnosis theory has been formed during the Ming and Qing Dynasties.After the founding of People’s Republic of China,“Wangshen”became the normative name of TCM diagnosis and treatment,the definition and content of“Watching Expression”were regulated.The development of“Wangshen”shows a process of continuous enrichment and improvement of TCM.Its connotation also shows the characteristics of diagnosis method in TCM.The research on the origin of the term“Wangshen”provides a theoretical and documentary basis for the study of the terminology of TCM.
