摘  要:五运六气理论在明清时期又有发展,补充了大司天理论,运气理论体系变得更加完善。在以一个甲子(60年)为单位的大司天理论中,气候会出现相应的六气司天特征。自然中六气的异常又可以引起相应的疾病变化。张仲景一生中经历过湿土大在泉与风木大司天,在大的环境下又经过了四季的运气流转,大司天在泉与年份中的司天在泉发生了复杂的加临,进而形成了不同的疾病与治法。文章认为大小司天风热相合容易出现风热之证,故有白虎、承气等方与法;大小司天寒湿相合容易出现寒湿之证,故有四逆汤等方与法;司天不合又出现了大、小青龙汤等方法。医案方书是医家思想的载体,基于运气司天相合理论,探讨方剂的组成与配伍,对张仲景的思想有更深层次的理解。In the Ming and Qing Dynasties,the theory of five movements and six Qi developed and supplemented the theory of Da Si Tian,and the theory system became more perfect.In the Da Si Tian theory,which is based on a single Jiazi(60-year)unit,the climate will have the corresponding characteristics of six kinds of weather.The abnormity of six Qi in nature can cause the corresponding disease.Zhongjing experienced wet Shitu Da Zai Quan and Fengmu Da Si Tian during his life.Under this kind of environment,and after the four seasons of Yunqi,Da Si Tian Zai Quan and the year of Si Tian Zai Quan had a complicated encounter,then formed a different disease and treatment.The paper holds that the Decoction of wind and heat in Da and Xiao Si Tian is easy to produce Wind-heat syndrome,hence there are the methods of Baihu Decoction and Chengqi Decoction.The combination of cold and dampness in Da and Xiao Shi Tian is easy to produce Colddampness syndrome,hence there are the methods of Si Ni Decoction.In the Si Tian Bu He there are the methods of Da and Xiao Qinglong Decoction.The medical plan book is the carrier of the thought of the doctor.Based on the theory of Yunqi,the composition and compatibility of the prescription were discussed.Thus we have a deeper understanding of Zhongjing's thought.
