摘  要:采用β-环糊精及其衍生物为手性选择剂,乙酸纤维素微滤膜为基质膜,枸橼酸为连接剂,经成酯反应制备了手性聚酯复合膜,并以D,L-色氨酸和D,L-扁桃酸为待拆分的手性分子,利用实验室自制的小型恒流膜过滤装置对手性聚酯复合膜的手性拆分性能进行研究,并考察β-环糊精的种类对手性复合膜手性拆分性能的影响。结果表明,经β-环糊精修饰的手性复合膜对色氨酸具有良好拆分性能,经3次过滤后可实现D,L-色氨酸的完全拆分,对映体过剩值(ee%)达到100%。此外,经羟乙基-β-环糊精和磺丁基-β-环糊精修饰的手性复合膜对D,L-扁桃酸展现出更高的手性拆分性能,为探寻膜手性选择剂提供了新思路。The chiral polyester composite membrane was prepared by esterification usingβ-cyclodextrin and its derivatives as chiral selectors,cellulose acetate microfiltration membrane as the substrate membrane and citric acid as the linker,respectively.The enantioseparation ability of chiral polyester composite membrane was investigated with a lab-scale filtration apparatus with a constant flow rate developed by our laboratory and D,L-tryptophan and D,L-mandelic acid as chiral molecules.Meanwhile,the effects ofβ-cyclodextrins on the chiral separation performance of chiral composite membrane were investigated.The results showed that the chiral composite membrane modified byβ-cyclodextrin had great enantioseparation ability toward D,L-tryptophan,and the complete chiral resolution of D,L-tryptophan could be achieved after filtrating three times,and the enantiomeric excess(ee%)could reach 100%.It was found that the chiral composite membranes modified by hydroxyethyl-β-cyclodextrin and sulfobutyl-β-cyclodextrin showed higher chiral resolution performance toward D,L-mandelic acid than the chiral composite membrane modified byβ-cyclodextrin,which provided a new idea for exploring membrane chiral selectors.
