摘　　要：高校信息化经过多年的发展,完成了信息系统及业务应用平台建设工作,基于网络完成各大信息系统的互通互联可以为各级教学管理部门开展日常管理工作带来便捷。但是,因为业务系统主管部门彼此独立,依然存在学生办理业务“来回跑”、相关申报“重复写”的现实问题。笔者提出从基础、核心的数据层面调研,以数据治理过程为手段,构建有效的数据沟通和共享机制,通过建设一套全校级别的业务数据治理体系,完成对数据的全生命周期管理,最终形成主题域形式的数据资产库,达到学生业务办理“一次过”、相关申请填报“一次填报、多次用”的效果,切实提升高校教育教学管理工作的效率。After more than ten years of development,university informatization has completed the construction of information systems and business application platforms,and completed the interconnection of major information systems based on the network,bringing convenience to the daily management of teaching management departments at all levels.However,because the business system authorities are independent of each other,there are still practical problems of students"running back and forth"in handling business,related declarations,and"repetitive writing"of information.This article proposes to investigate from the basic and core data level,using the data governance process as a means,Build an effective data communication and sharing mechanism,complete the full life cycle management of data through the construction of a school-level business data governance system,and finally form a data asset library in the form of subject domains.Achieve the effect of"one-time pass"for student business processing and"one-time application,multiple use"for relevant applications,and effectively improve the efficiency of college education and teaching management.
