摘 要:“大众创业,万众创新”时代,企业间的竞争更多是科技创新能力的角逐。科技服务平台为企业推荐个性化的服务,能有效地助力企业科技创新。为提高科技服务推荐的精确度,需要深度挖掘企业科技创新的属性特征,刻画全方位、多层次的企业科技画像。本文通过横向和纵向两个视角挖掘和梳理企业科技服务属性特征,构建面向科技服务平台的企业科技画像整体框架和双向分层架构,刻画出“3+5”科技服务供需画像;进一步地,从企业数据流到信息流,再到数据流地进行技术层面分析,提出面向科技服务平台的企业科技画像构建流程。企业科技画像可精准预测科技服务实际需求,是科技服务平台实现个性化服务,优化精准服务水平的重要基础。In the era of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation",competition among enterprises is more of a com⁃petition for technological innovation capabilities.The science and technology service platform recommends person⁃alized services for enterprises,which can effectively assist enterprises in technological innovation.In order to im⁃prove the accuracy of scientific and technological service recommendation,it is necessary to deeply dig into the characteristics of the enterprise's technological innovation attributes,so as to portray a comprehensive and multi level enterprise technological portrait.This research uses horizontal and vertical perspectives to explore and sort out the characteristics of enterprise technology service attributes,build an overall framework and two-way hierar⁃chical structure of enterprise technology portraits for technology service platforms,and portray the"3+5"technolo⁃gy service supply and demand portrait;further,from the enterprise data flow to the information flow,and then to the analysis of the technical level of the data flow,the construction process of the enterprise science and technol⁃ogy portrait facing the science and technology service platform is proposed.The enterprise science and technolo⁃gy portrait can accurately predict the actual demand of science and technology service,which is an important ba⁃sis for the science and technology service platform to realize personalized service and optimize the precise ser⁃vice level.
