摘  要:建立了测定危险化学品——戊二胺含量的气相色谱法。本方法选择水作为溶剂,将戊二胺产品稀释一定的倍数,通过优化仪器参数,用毛细管色谱柱对戊二胺和杂质进行分离,氢火焰离子化检测器进行检测,分别采用归一化法和自身对照法定量。结果表明,两种定量方法精密度分别为0.09%和0.11%,对标准物质的测定结果均在其不确定度范围(98.8%±2%)内,实验室间比对的相对偏差均为0.04%。两种定量方法均满足测定要求,而归一化法较自身对照法稳定、快捷,更适用于危险化学品——戊二胺含量的测定。A method was established for the determination of the hazardous chemical-cadaverine by gas chromatography.The product of cadaverine was diluted with water as solvent.Through optimization of instrumental parameters,cadaverine and impurities were separated by capillary chromatographic column and detected by FID.Cadaverine was quantified by normalization method and self-control method.The experimental results showed that the relative standard deviations(RSD)of the two quantitative methods were 0.09% and 0.11%respectively.The determination results of the reference substances were within the uncertainty range(98.8%±2%),and the relative deviations(RD)of two laboratories’results were 0.04%.Both quantitative methods met requirements.However,the normalization method was more stable and convenient,suitable for analysis of the hazardous chemical-cadaverine.
