摘  要:随着经济的迅速发展,社会对应用型创新人才的需求日渐增多。高校作为向社会输送人才的主要基地,应适应社会对创新人才的需求,培养学生的创新创业能力,改变传统教学模式,其中校企合作是关键环节。该文提出利用PDCA循环管理模式,充分利用各方优势,调动各方积极性,不断优化和改善管理手段与培养流程,解决人才培养中出现的问题,进而提高校企联合培养的质量和效果。With the rapid development of social economy,the demand for application-oriented innovative talents is growing.As an important place to deliver talents to the society,colleges and universities should adapt to the demand of the society for innovative talents,and change the traditional teaching mode with the goal of cultivating the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students,and school-enterprise cooperation is the key link.Based on the needs of all parties concerned,through PDCA cycle management mode,the writers make full use of the advantages and mobilizes the enthusiasm of all parties,constantly optimizes and improves the management means and training process,solves the problems arising from the training work,thus improves the quality and effect of school-enterprise joint training.
